No worries though! These are wonderful. They are well built, good quality and supportive. The pad is just enough to not notice on the swim and run, yet still perfectly fine for the bike ride. I purchased the medium shorts, and everything fit great except the leg gripper portion. They felt kind of like tourniquets on my thighs. So, for those of you with slimmer legs and a 32-34 inch waist, I would recommend these.
