I have numerous pairs of cycling shoes and I will attest to these beng in the group of my favorites. They are soft and plyable. I use them with SPD type cleats, but look types are easily accomodated. Buy these shoes. you will not regret it. I wear 10.5 in just about everything, like Pumas, Adidas skate and soccer shoes; except in Vans where I'm closer to an 11. These, at 45, fit me perfectly They are extremely comfortable to me. I've put in a few 30 mile rides, and the sole stiffness provides great power transfer, the uppers flex comfortably around the ankle bones and they're warm enough with wool socks for ~40 (F) degree rides.
